Cookie Notice

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage and pixels, work in comparable ways. This notice explains how HarmoniHRM uses these technologies on our website and in our product, and the choices you have. It should be read alongside our Privacy Notice.

These are necessary for the website and product to work. They support core functions such as keeping you signed in, remembering your workspace and preferences, securing your session and balancing load. Because the service cannot function properly without them, they are set without requiring consent. They do not track you for advertising.

With your consent, where required, we may use optional cookies for:

• Analytics, to understand how the website and product are used so we can improve them. We use this in an aggregated, privacy-conscious way.
• Functionality, to remember choices that make your experience smoother.

Our analytics provider is Google Analytics, and it runs only on our public marketing pages, never inside the signed-in product. If you accept, it sets cookies named _ga and _ga_<id> to tell repeat visits apart. It tells us which countries and cities people visit from, which pages they read and which sites they arrive from. It does not tell us who you are.

We have deliberately switched off the parts of Google Analytics that exist to serve advertising: Google Signals, which links visits to signed-in Google advertising profiles, and user-provided data collection, which would otherwise read contact details out of forms. Analytics data is kept for two months and then deleted.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat that as a refusal and never ask you again, so you will not see a cookie banner at all.

We do not use cookies to sell your personal information, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers across other websites.

Where the law requires consent for optional cookies, we ask for it and you can change your choice at any time. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Please note that disabling essential cookies may stop parts of the service from working as intended.
