Do you blend manager needs with survey answers?
No. Who asked for what shows both. A combined score would invent a unit that does not exist.
When does Analytics show an empty panel?
When the owning store has not hydrated yet, or when your scope cannot read organisation-wide data. We show an honest empty state rather than a zero that invents a number.
Where do successors on coverage come from?
Perform succession nominations. Analytics does not read a dead successor field on the seat.
