1.Overview
To provide the HarmoniHRM service, we rely on a small number of trusted third-party providers (sub-processors) that may process customer personal data on our behalf. This page describes the categories of provider we use. Each sub-processor is bound by contractual data protection obligations that are no less protective than those in our Data Processing Addendum, and may only process data to provide their service to us.
2.Current sub-processors
The categories below reflect the providers we use to operate the service globally. The specific named entities will be confirmed in the final published version of this page.

3.Changes and notice
We may add or replace sub-processors as the service evolves. When we make material changes to this list, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where required by our agreement, give customers advance notice so they have an opportunity to review the change before it takes effect.
4.International processing
Some sub-processors operate across multiple regions. Where customer personal data is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards recognised under applicable law and apply consistent security controls regardless of location, as described in our Privacy Notice and Data Processing Addendum.
